just saw a job ad for freelance illustrator for an ud ud fiction website. very low pay but still apply ha sin. getting experience is more important. jung yau 1 goh gallery assistant geh post dou seung apply. but it doesn't seem to be a part time job... timing's not right. see if they accept short term. how nice it would be if i can work at prince terrace... probably ng sai ot that much and can get in touch with the industry and sik doh d relevant ppl. after rejoining our office last summer after the uk trip, my first task was to write the synopsis for a 26-episode animation (not just 1 A4 page of synopsis for the whole series, but the story treatment for EACH episode i.e. about 30 pages of english!). after hearing no news for over half a hear, i thought we had lost the job tim, but today i heard that we actually got it, and we would be refining the story along with some famous American director. time is running out and it's gonna be very tough for the animation team, but i would really love to watch our production on screen... let's hope they can sort out the working schedule. it's still commercial secret so i can't tell you what animation it is, but if we can do it, it will be broadcasted worldwide in 2010. GREAT. hope they'll include my name la. i had made a lot of effort writing the story ga... it's really a torture. 26 stories that made up 1 big story in less than 5 days. although it's rather crappy and we all hated boss' 舊橋 which he insisted to use, it's still some kind of achievement. |
