just browsed my archi classmate's homepage. i'm sooooo very impressed by his art work and english. everybody around me is all so talented. many more surprises are sure to come in the future.

this morning i had to get up early for the inauguration ceremony. unfortunately, i couldn't sleep well last night although i threw myself into the bed right after i went home at 11:30pm.

we had listened to.. 5 or 6 speeches? anyway, just imagine, listen to five speeches consecutively early in the morning. i'm used to listening to long speeches, and some speeches were not boring geh. but some ppl couldn't help falling asleep.

from the presentation, i knew that students were required to live in halls when hku was young. however, students nowadays have to compete for hall places, and some people were not even given a chance to attend an interview. how ironic.

after the ceremonoy i went to knowles to meet my classmates. we've got to come up with four performances to entertain the seniors =(

in the evening i had a haircut. the guy who washed my hair was quite talkative. he said people played happy corner already when they were in secondary school.

oh, nearly forgot to tell you tim. last night my archi class had been busy preparing for the four performances. twelve of us had dinner together.. homer, viki, julie and i wanted to take "romantic dingding". the unromantic people went home by bus, and the four of us got onto the tram. we sat at the front of upper deck. the view was wonderful. there were tall buildings on the two sides of the main road, and the full moon revealed itself slowly from behind of the buildings on the right. i pointed at the moon and praised its beauty, but homer said if you pointed at the moon your ear would �Y.

if i have time maybe i'll try romantic tram+romantic ferry next time.

mum asks hill to buy me a froggy blanket from park'n shop. it must be very cute. yeah~
