My first concert poster beyond HKU! The design was quite different from my initial vision, and it's probably my first poster with a lemon yellow background. I envisioned something with a vintage circus poster feel, something darker and more subtle, but clients always prefer bright, eye-catching graphcis. From the UPO annual performance poster in 2005 to this MYO poster in 2012, I have grown a lot in terms of computer techniques, imagination and even painting skills. This is another great thing being a freelance designer - every project is an exercise, and every exercise is a opportunity to experiment and build your skills. I absolutely love this self-learning process.

I won't be able to catch this concert but please check it out and I am sure you will be surprised by the number of talented kids we have in Hong Kong!
