went to lai chi kok to swim tonite. swam alone for the first time in my life. it's 830 when i got there. about 20 ppl in the pool and some other young children having training.
felt great swimming under the wide, big and black (unfortunately with zero star) sky. i could only swim in poor slow �즡. real frogs obvioiusly swim better than i do. good to feel myself utilizing the muscles, especially the upper arm muscles. and i can feel my �ߪͥ�� improving a little. fai d fai d lose weight and have tighter muscles plz.... -_-" |
