i'm addicted to "the drowners". jessie and i talked about suede tonight. so happy that i could talk about suede with her. both of us thought that the singapore audience was dumb (they sat still throughout the concert! they just clapped and shouted sometimes). i can't help singing the drowners in my mind. it's such a sexy song. i think brett was singing from a woman's point of view. i'm not sure which kind of sex the song is about.. maybe incest. the persona was like �����٪� (don't compare my diary with someone else's... i'm talking about a song, not my own experience). "slow down, slow down, you're taking me over.....sir we drown... stop taking me over.." -------------------------------------- i'm obsessed with something else recently. mo obsession gum serious geh, but i thought about it whenever i had time. during econ lessons, geog lessons, on the mtr, on the way home... can't do anything at the moment. i'll wait and see. by the way, after the athletics final, on the way to mtr station, we saw a large group of ppl standing besides some �Ps. "29th floor", "28th floor", "27th floor" etc were written on them. suddenly i saw paul in the crowd. i waved at him and he greeted me back. he still remember my name =) afterwards i received his email, saying he was having a fire drill this morning. fire drill.. but those people were chatting happily. they were like university graduates waiting for a group photo taking! |
