Tried menstrual cup for the first time last night. Not sure if I got it right and the feeling of having something there / worrying that it will drop out gave me a bad night of sleep. When I woke up I removed it for the first time. Removal wasn't as difficult as some people say (but I'm not sure if the insertion was right!). After 8 hours or so, the cup was half full. It is interesting to see the amount of flow in a container. Hope I will master the cup and not feel any discomfort soon!
P.S. Now I need to poop so I take out the cup again. Before taking out I notice that the cup is further in this time, so I probably got the position right the second time I inserted it this morning. |
