理想的生活應該是:

7:30am 起床
8:00am 沒有油而且不太熱的早餐(盡量減少令人飽滯眼瞓的感覺)
8:30am 報紙
9:00am - 11:00am 運動,最好是每天不同路線的快速步行
11:00am - 12:00pm 盡量在附近吃或自備的午餐(同樣是為了減少身體受熱而引起的眼瞓)
12:30pm 出門去studio工作,搭車時讀書
1:00pm - 6pm 工作
6:00pm 返屋企煮晚餐,盡量簡單,剛剛好不太飽
7:00pm - 8:00pm 沖涼、洗衫、hea
8:00pm - 11:00pm 工作
11:00pm - 12:00am 讀書

將來一定要這麼做。
